Your Mission:

Pick an upcoming event or situation.
Do the Virtual Reality chatter exercise with it.

Then, note what chatter was the same or different when you are in the actual situation.
3.
Send me a Marco Polo with (1) the situation you have in mind; (2) what would be a reasonable outcome where you don't feel deprived; and (3) any mindset or other adjustments you plan to be mindful of this week.
